Yes. Open the Billing page in your account, open the billing portal, and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Need help? Email support@image-2-6.net.
New accounts get 3 credits. An image costs at least 5 credits, so generating one needs a plan or a credit pack.
It depends on the quality you pick: Standard 5, High 9, Ultra 13, Extreme 25, Auto 25, Max 50. The generate button shows the cost before you start.
A monthly plan renews every month and adds credits each billing cycle. A yearly plan adds the full year of credits at the start. A credit pack is a single payment, with credits you can spend for 365 days.
AI compute capacity is sometimes tight and a generation can't complete. When that happens on our side, we automatically refund the credits back to your account, so you are not charged for a run you never got. If the output just isn't what you wanted, regenerate with a tweaked prompt (a fresh run uses its own credits).
