No. When a generation fails on our side, the credits return to your balance automatically. If they have not come back, email us with the time of the attempt.
An automated check stops prompts that ask for nudity or adult content, or that name a real person. No credits are charged. The check can get it wrong, so try rephrasing, or describe the person instead of naming them.
To cancel, open the Billing page in your account and then the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. The Refund Policy lists the cases we refund and what to send us.
